About OneTrip

OneTrip helps you create and save itineraries. The trip planner does not provide accounts, cloud sync, bookings or payments.

Information saved locally

The iPhone app stores trips, dates, destinations, traveler and room counts, budgets, transport choices and illustrative lodging selections on your device. Optional profile name and email fields are also stored locally. They personalize your view of the app and do not create an account or contact a travel provider.

The browser planner stores its trips and optional profile details in your browser on your device. This information does not sync with the iPhone app. Clearing browser storage can remove saved information.

Collection and sharing

The planner does not transmit saved trips or profile information to a developer-operated server. It does not include advertising, tracking or third-party analytics SDKs, and we do not sell your personal information. The iPhone app does not request access to your precise device location, contacts, camera or payment details.

Maps and the website

The iPhone map uses Apple Maps. Loading it may send map-area and technical request data to Apple under Apple’s privacy terms. OneTrip does not request your current location. Planning and local storage work without a connection in the installed iPhone app; map imagery may require internet access. The browser planner uses a schematic route display.

When you visit this website, the hosting service receives ordinary web requests, including network information such as your IP address and browser details, to deliver and secure the site. The homepage remembers your language selection in your browser. Images and fonts are hosted with this website.

Support messages and external links

If you choose to email support, we receive the contact information and message you send and use them to respond. Your email provider handles delivery under its own privacy practices. External websites and Apple’s TestFlight service are governed by their respective privacy policies.

Storage and deletion

You can edit your profile, edit or delete a trip, or choose Reset app data in Profile to clear locally saved trips and profile details. Clearing browser site data also removes the browser planner’s local data.

Deleting the iPhone app removes its active local storage; offloading it may retain data. Device backups may contain app data according to your Apple backup settings. Resetting the app does not remove existing device backups. OneTrip does not provide a separate cloud backup or recovery service.

Security

The planner relies on iOS or browser storage protections and your device security. No storage method is perfectly secure. Please do not enter payment details or other sensitive information in trip names or profile fields.

Children

OneTrip does not require an account or knowingly collect children’s personal information through the planner. Optional profile fields can be left blank.

Changes and contact

If our data practices change, we will update this policy and its effective date. For privacy questions, use the developer contact supplied with your TestFlight invitation or App Store listing.
